Biography:

Ryan is particularly interested in debates on the role of government in the economy, long-termism in public policy and investment decisions, the causes of inertia and corruption in legislatures, appropriate policy responses to climate change and U.S. foreign policy.

The title of his PhD is: Varieties of State Capitalism and Their Impact on National Climate Change Responses in Advanced Industrial Countries
