Jacqueline Garget became Coordinator of the Strategic Research Initiative in Global Food Security in February 2016. Her role is to integrate relevant University research across disciplines, support fundraising and promote activities in this area.
She has extensive experience in fundraising, science writing and editing, having previously worked as a proposal writer and fundraiser at the University of Cambridge Development Office, features writer at the University of Cambridge Office of External Affairs and Communications, and as a Commissioning Editor of science books at Cambridge University Press.
