Cambridge Forum for Sustainability and the Environment

Biography

Paul’s research focuses on environmental fluid mechanics. The Environmental and Industrial Fluid Dynamics group at DAMTP conducts experimental and theoretical research on problems associated with our environment and the processes that affect and are impacted by climate change. They study and develop models of the fluid flow in low-energy buildings, gravity-driven flows in stratified and rotating fluids, internal waves and mixing in stratified fluids.
